Stepping Stone CBO was established in 2003 by three resilient women living with HIV in North Karachuonyo Ward with a shared vision of uplifting vulnerable members of the community. Since its founding, the organization has remained committed to supporting girls, women, children, and people living with disabilities through practical community programs.
